Working with me and my team at SEOeffekt means working on SEO, GEO and AI projects for real clients – in Hamburg or, if you prefer, from home. What will you work on?
SEO (search engine optimisation) means improving a website so it’s found on Google for the terms its customers search for. GEO (generative engine optimisation) does the same for AI search such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews: preparing content so AI systems understand it and cite it.
That’s exactly what we do for our clients – with clear numbers and no black box. AI is part of everyday work: we use it for analysis, writing and automation, for example with my AI tool for SEO and GEO. Can I apply as a career changer?
Yes. A genuine interest in technology, social media and marketing matters more to me than a perfectly linear CV. Career changers get thorough onboarding so they can quickly work confidently on client projects.
Can I work from home?
Yes, if you prefer. I believe in flexible ways of working – we’ll agree on the details for your role in our first conversation.
Do I need a cover letter?
No. A few sentences about who you are and what interests you are enough. Your CV isn’t my top priority – convince me in a personal conversation instead.

Client projects are delivered by my team at SEOeffekt, the SEO agency I founded. So you’ll be part of the SEOeffekt team – and work directly with me.
