In my SEO coaching I show you and your team, in live online sessions, how to optimise your website for Google and AI search yourselves – on your own site, not on generic examples. You get concrete tasks, I review your work and give feedback, until you have the key levers under control. ## What is SEO coaching? SEO coaching is one-to-one guidance that teaches you to optimise your own website for search engines. Unlike an online course, we work on your actual website and your actual questions – with feedback on everything you implement. SEO stands for search engine optimisation: everything that helps your website appear higher in Google’s unpaid results. In coaching I am your technical point of contact, your WordPress and SEO expert and your sparring partner for ideas – someone who advises and helps you implement at the same time. We work in online meetings with screen sharing. That gets you to your goals faster, more cheaply and more easily than piecing everything together from blogs and videos. The aim is to help you help yourself: after coaching, you won’t need an agency to tell you what your website is missing. ## Why choose Hamed Farhadian as your SEO coach? SEO coaching works particularly well for: - **service providers** who want to win clients through Google instead of chasing every lead themselves, - **founders** who want to be visible from day one without paying an agency straight away, - **managing directors** who want to understand what their team or providers are actually doing, - **marketing teams** that want to bring SEO in-house and need an experienced outside view. The biggest advantage of SEO is a steady stream of visitors who have a problem your offer solves. They are actively looking for you – you don’t have to convince them they need something. That saves money, time and energy in sales and marketing. Winning customers becomes easier because you are seen as an authority in your market. And when you master SEO yourself, the knowledge stays in your company – even if you switch agencies or no longer need one. A ranking on its own isn’t success, though. Which search terms really matter for your business? 2. Where does your website rank today, and where are untapped traffic opportunities? 3. What is going wrong right now, and what are competitors doing better? 4. How can you keep visitors on your pages longer and guide them better? 5. What needs fixing first? ### What you take away from the first session - **Keyword set:** around 50 search terms with real search volume and manageable competition that fit your offer. - **On-page issues:** at least three critical SEO problems on your website that you can tackle straight away. - **Competitor analysis:** your three strongest competitors compared, followed by a strategy discussion. - **Recording:** the session on video, to watch again and discuss with your team. ### After that: sessions at your own pace In the following sessions we work through your priorities. No. I meet you where you are. Some familiarity with your own website helps, because that’s what we work on – whether it runs on WordPress, Shopify or another system. ### How long is a coaching session? We start with a one-hour SEO audit. After that, session length and frequency depend on your goals and pace – some clients prefer weekly sessions, others every few weeks. ### Do I get a recording? Yes. You get the sessions as video recordings, so you can watch them again, share them with your team and nothing gets lost. ### Can my whole team join? Yes – and that is often the best approach.
