# Web Developer & AI Automation (m/f/d) – Build fast websites – and workflows that run themselves.

As a web developer (m/f/d) focused on AI automation, you build and improve websites and web applications for our SEO clients – from WordPress to modern, statically generated sites. You also automate workflows with AI so the team has more time for what matters. The role is based in Hamburg, with remote work on request.

## What can you expect?

In short: you love web development, enjoy working with new technologies and want to see how good engineering leads directly to better rankings and more enquiries.

I’m an SEO expert based in Hamburg and the founder of the SEO agency SEOeffekt. Together with my team, I help companies get found on Google and in AI search. That takes clean engineering: fast load times, clear structures and structured data that search engines and AI systems understand.

AI automation means connecting software, interfaces (APIs) and AI models into workflows that handle recurring work on their own – such as analyses, reports or content drafts. ## What will you do?

- **Web applications and websites:** You build web applications and websites in an agile team, with WordPress and other systems.
- **Front end:** You contribute to front-end development on a project basis – fast, accessible and cleanly structured.
- **Technical SEO:** You implement technical optimisations, for example for load time, Core Web Vitals (Google’s metrics for loading speed and usability) and structured data.
- **AI automation:** You connect tools and AI models via APIs into workflows that save time for our team and our clients.
- **Better processes:** You bring your own ideas and experience to optimise how we work.

## What do you bring?

- vocational training or a degree in computer science
- confidence with HTML, CSS and PHP
- familiarity with object-oriented programming
- ideally experience with JavaScript and Git
- experience with APIs and AI models is a plus
- a goal-oriented, structured way of working
- good German and English, written and spoken
- a passion for web development and a desire to work with the latest technologies
